A Wedding at Anteros Arts & The Unthank Arms

A newly wed couple are given a thumbs up by the driver of a passing bus outside their wedding venue at Anteros Arts Foundation in Norwich.

Emily & Patrick’s wedding at Anteros Arts & The Unthank Arms, Norwich

The photos are brimming with smiles and energy [...] although both of us are a bit shy in front of the camera, Rob put us at ease and we are so happy with the results. A highlight has to be the shot Rob got of a passing bus and the driver giving us a big thumbs up.
— Emily & Patrick

My first wedding at Anteros Art Foundation in Norwich – and although it was a chilly autumn day, there was plenty of warmth to be found among the friends and family gathered to celebrate Emily & Patrick.

This was a relatively late booking after their original photographer had to bow out on the occasion. I owe a big thank you to the ever-lovely Ashley-Kay (Ashley Kay Beauty) for recommending me (and for doing such a beautiful job with the make-up). . It was also great fun to catch up with the equally lovely Flamingo Amy, who was on hair.

After the ceremony and reception drinks, we took a gentle wander around the area for some relaxed bride and groom portraits. Emily & Patrick’s favourite ended up being the image featured above – made even better by a big thumbs up from a passing Norwich bus driver.

Later, guests hopped aboard another bus and headed to The Unthank Arms, in the Golden Triangle, where the celebrations really came to life. Heartfelt speeches, celebratory drinks, and dancing the night away.

Oh so glad I was able to step in and be part of this wedding, capturing a day that felt warm, personal and full of character from start to finish.

Take a look at a few of my favourites below. And if you’re planning your own wedding in Norwich, I’d love to hear from you.
