A Summer Wedding at Glebe Farm Barn, Norfolk

“Oh Jesus, Rob, I cried throughout the entire slideshow”

I first met Amie and Dan at their friends wedding at Chaucer Barn in 2014! I took a photo there of Dan and I must have caught his good side, because Amie decided upon seeing it that I would be their wedding photographer! Fast forward another 4 years and I got to hang out with them at their Cromer Pier Engagement shoot. One year on from that they were married at a wonderful ceremony, in front of all their nearest and dearest at Thorpe St Andrew Church, before heading on for a fab reception at Glebe Farm Barn, near Wymondham.

Blue skies and sunshine were the order of the day, even though it got a little cloudy later in the day and threatened some rain, nothing was going to get in the way of these folks making the most of it. A very relaxed, easy going couple, I always knew that I was going to be made to feel really welcome and I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with Amie, Dan, their gorgeous little family and their friends.

Glebe Farm Barn is a quirky little barn wedding venue in Norfolk, a totally blank sheet really that you can put your own stamp on and Amie and Dan, with a little help from RLA Wedding Designs, did just that. Dan was especially pleased with the fairy lights he had hung in the courtyard which, as the sun began to set, added a little bit of magic. So, we finished the night with a little extra frame to capture the happy couple embracing under the glow from Dan’s handiwork!

A really, very, special day to have been a part of, as ever I had so much fun it was over before I knew it and the dance-floor began to come alive! I’ve known Amie long enough now to know that she would be all over that and Game Plan, their band for the evening entertainment provided the tunes to keep her dancing feet happy into the small hours!

Here’s just a few frames from their day – happy memories – enjoy!
