This is how it began ….
Hey Rob! I'll be getting married to Alexis next year in Barn Drift (nr Cley). You probs won't be free because we seem to have left everything to the last minute (not that a year out is last minute) but I look forward to hearing that you're busy.

Darran wasn’t far off - while I’d had enquiries for their venue, in the past, I’d always been booked up. However, Darran's email finally brought a free date my way.
What made it even more special was that Darran (Daz) and Alexis’ (Lex) are an incredibly lovely couple, which was the proverbial icing on top of the fruitcake (and I LOVE fruitcake!)
The weather played ball and the backdrop to the ceremony was a view of the our beautiful North Norfolk countryside, with views down to the sea at Cley. Not everyone could see those views through their tears though - this was an emotional one!
I was delighted to have the talented team from Country Box Catering, whom I first worked with at this Chaucer Barn wedding. They provided a fine, al fresco, feast as the wedding party enjoyed speeches and games.
An easygoing vibe, perfectly suited to the picturesque setting. With delectable food, fine wine, tears, belly laughs and dancing, among many other beautiful memories, it was an absolute joy to capture this one.
Surrounded by a wonderful crowd of friends and family in one of the most stunning settings imaginable, Daz and Lex ended their day with an outdoor dance as the sun set.
